For the attention of other artists. Where do you get built large frames?

Im having some sort of problem. I have a 9ftx9ft circular painting, divided in three rows of three. I need a framework built for him, but I have no idea where to start searching. No art gallery stores or supply to I build frames around this, that only large and round, and I do not know anyone who is good with wood working.

I am a carpenter carpenter, you need someone like me, who also created works of art, you need to go to see a carpenter in a shop and request a quote. Round frames as the size of a weigh fair bit and cause problems if you hang the box on the right is not built, do not spoil their work for lack of support for an artist in another trade!.
