Need ideas for snacks at the exhibition of art and can be done at night?

I am organizing an Art Exhibition in the night, it needs ideas for snacks are served on trays, and not so dirty! And that can be prepared the day before. I'm in a very tight budget, ideas, so cheap that helps! Thanks in advance!

Here now is: skewers of Italy in bamboo skewers, tomatoes or cherry tomatoes Assistant mini mozzarella balls (the broken deli) and basil leaves. Organize and drizzzle on a platter with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Pinwheels: Mix garlic and herb cheese with chopped black olives, chopped scallions, minced meat and sausages. Spread on tortilla and roll flavor. Store in refrigerator for one hour or more, and then cut into pinwheels. Place on serving plate. Fruit Kabobs: Substitute grapes, strawberries and pineapple chunks on skewers and served with sour cream sauce and brown sugar. Biscuits and Dip: findings crackers or bread sticks and vegetables on a tray stick around the bowl. Filling a container with favorite sauce … store bought is fine, but stir in some fresh herbs, finely chopped, add to the sauce freshness. Mini dog meat: Make a number of ground beef, your favorite spices (I like Mrs. Dash … about 2 blocks ound beef), and parmesan cheese. Leave a spoonful of the mixture in the pack wonton. Times in half (or into squares or triangles to choose from …) and seal the edges with a fork (wet edge first). Fry to a golden brown or bake at 350 for 15 minutes or less. For a good drink: Mix 1 bottle each of white grape juice, soda, cream and champagne (beer non-alcoholic ginger instead of champagne). Looks very well decorated with sliced frozen strawberries and grapes. This can be done at night, arranged on plates, and refrigerate. I propose to bake a cake of meat on a mini game (can be assembled the day before), and then serve them at room. Good luck and a great show!
