What are some of the best Art Schools out there?

I am very interested, if not certain, I'm going to study architecture and interior design, when I go to college, but there are many colleges and unversities out there that offer those academics who do not know which one I should look. I am also interested in studying art, photography, and industrial and graphic design and am looking at any colleges / universities that offer that. Anyone know which university is the best out there to go to study these courses? Thanks!

Im not sure this school offers every major, but check out PNCA. Portland (Oregon) is the best city in the country.
